Exolys is a mobile application that delivers daily quotes related to discipline, stoicism, and personal development. Features include push notification delivery, daily reading streaks, personal collections, theme customization, and social sharing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Exolys. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

5. Intellectual property

All content within Exolys — including but not limited to the app design, logo, icons, text, and original written content — is the property of Exolys or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Quotes attributed to historical figures or third-party authors are used for educational and inspirational purposes. If you believe any content infringes on a copyright you own, please contact us.

6. User conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, or abusive
• Interferes with the normal operation of the App or its servers

7. Push notifications

By enabling notifications in the App, you consent to receive push notifications containing daily quotes. You may revoke this consent at any time through your device's notification settings or within the App.

8. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Exolys may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The quotes and content provided in the App are for informational and inspirational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exolys and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
